You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or threaten other callers, to solicit money or personal information, or to advertise commercial services. Violations may result in being barred from the service.
4. Charges
New callers receive a free trial. Continued use beyond the trial may require the purchase of additional minutes, which will be clearly disclosed before any charge. Standard carrier rates may apply to your call.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Chat Lines is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including interactions with other callers, whether on or off the line.
